Shipping Information

Your items will be shipped within 10-25 business days after we receive your order.

Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

We ship worldwide via our registered logistics networks. Gift Card orders that do not include merchandise are shipped 1st Class via the United States Postal Service.

Our office and warehouse are closed on weekends and the following holidays:

New Year’s Day (January 1)
Martin Luther King Jr Day (third Monday in January)
Good Friday (Friday before Easter)
Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
Independence Day (July 4)
Labor Day (first Monday in September)
Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
Christmas Day (December 25)

When New Year’s Day and Christmas Day fall on Sunday, they will be observed on the following Monday. When any of these holidays falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the previous Friday. In a year when Christmas Day is on Tuesday or Thursday, the office will also be closed Monday or Friday, respectively.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping:

From time to time, Glow offers free shipping on select items. When free shipping is available for an order, Economy (see below) is the method of shipment. Note some items are not eligible for Free Shipping promotions.


Our value shipping option. Orders are typically shipped from our warehouse using USPS First Class or UPS SurePost. In both methods, packages are delivered by your local US Post Office carrier during their operating times. The order typically arrives in several days but can take up to two weeks (four weeks for Alaska and Hawaii). Please note Economy orders are not insured.

USA, UK, AU, CA: 10-15 business days 
ALL EUROPE: 13-22 business days 
REST OF THE WORLD: 17-25 business days 

Glow is not responsible for lost packages for which delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier.

Parcel Tracking

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, do the following: Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation emailLook for a notice of attempted delivery.Look around the delivery location for your package.See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.Wait 48 hours; in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival. If there's still no sign of the package contact the local carrier.Please contact our customer service team to obtain your local carrier tracking number.
